The two story home has an open floor plan with the kitchen, living room, sunroom and master bedroom and bath and 1/2 bath on the first level. Also on the main level outside is a wrap around porch on two side with numerous seating areas. The back features a deck with BBQ area and seating with table and chairs.The sunroom is perfect for reading, relaxing or to use as a fifth bedroom with a sleeper sofa. The game table in the living area is great for board games and puzzles.On the second floor there are three bedrooms, one king and two queen beds, with a shared Jack and Jill bath. All second floor bedrooms have private entrance to the wrap around second story deck where you can lounge in chaise lounges with a view of the ocean.The turret on the third level is a nice place to get away and read or just enjoy the view.This non smoking home is literally across the street from Rosemary Beach. The gorgeous, white sand beach is only minutes away. The entire family will enjoy the 10 plus mile bike/walking trail that stretches from Inlet Beach, Rosemary Beach, Seagrove Beach, Seaside, and all the way to Grayton Beach. The area is perfect for a get away and has options for all types of guests. Adults will enjoy the many first class restaurants along 30A and can also make the short drive to the clubs of Panama City Beach.
