It is 1,155 square feet with a spacious balcony suitable for outdoor dining. The condominium has been recently redecorated throughout with new paint, and furniture. It looks fabulous. The kitchen is remodeled and has updated appliances. There are two baths, two bedrooms, living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, washer and dryer, large balcony, and a unique floor plan with views from every room.
The unit has 10 foot ceilings and floor to ceiling windows with sliding doors to the balcony in every room. Quality balcony furniture, table and chairs for out-door dining for relaxing and enjoying the view. Balcony enclosures have clear glass for unobstructed viewing of the Gulf.
There is a large, luxurious master suite with king bed and second master with two double beds. The 2nd bedroom has two queen-sized beds

Located in the Crystal Beach Community. It’s one block from the beach and two blocks to the new Destin Commons Center as well as many fine restaurants, shops and numerous area golf courses.
This lovely home features three-story construction with a private pool. The lush landscaping features a variety of palms, flowering plants and jasmine. For added privacy, the Carriage Apartment is found over the garage and has its own entrance, Queen Bed,TV and sitting area. The apartment also has a kitchenette and its own bath.
The entrance driveway is doublewide for extra parking in addition to the garage parking. The house features all new decorating and lively colors. The living room is complete with Dish TV, VCR & DVD and is open to the kitchen and dining room.
The master bedroom is situated on the first floor and has its own private screened porch, King bed, TV, and jacuzzi bath. Each of the two bedrooms on the second floor (one bedroom has 2 Queen beds and the other one a King bed) also have their own private screened porch and TV/VHS. The third floor bedroom has a trundle bed, TVVHS, sink and refrigerator.

Nice, clean and inexpensive. Two bedroom, two bath over 1,100 sq. ft, first floor. Lots of closet with full sized washer/dryer. Swimming pool. Need responsible people to take care of things and keep it clean and quiet. There is a public beach access near by. This is a good location near shopping center, walk to eat, drink, shop.
