There are great views of the ocean from the porches and from all of the upstairs rooms.There are three bedrooms and three baths. Two bedrooms are on the first floor. One is the master bedroom with a queen bed and the other is a room with a queen sized bed and bunk beds. Both have their own baths.The second floor has the sitting area with a wood burning fireplace, an eating area and fully equipped kitchen. There is a bedroom and bath there as well as a washing machine and dryer. There are 2 sofa beds in the sitting area. This room is a great place to watch TV or to settle down and read a book.The house is right across the street from the beach. It is just a few steps before you reach the boardwalk. This is a private beach acess is for the community . It is not a public access. There are so many walking and bike paths right across from the house. They go for miles and miles. This house is within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. The golf club is also within walking distance.All sorts of activities are around in the area. There are bike renting facilities as well as places to rent boats and to go deep sea fishing.A private pool is right outside your front door. You have your own retreat from the world if the beach is just not your thing that day. There is a cleaning service that cleans before and after your leave, and a management company that is available 24/7 to answer your needs. There is an outside grill. What a great vacation haven!
