We have our condo at Kimberling Resorts available for
Spring Break.The vacation is at Kimberling Inn Resort and Vacation Club at table Rock Lake…45 min from Branson MO.
Check in April 3 and Check out April 10–this is a full 7 day stay. Check in time is 5:00 p.m. You will be allowed to check in earlier if rooms
are available. Check out time is 10:00 a.m.
At least one Guest has to be 21 yo or older.
2bedroom/2 bath sleeps 6 comfortably. Kitchen: Full stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer w/ice- maker.
Queen sleeper couch, T.V., patio, wood-burning fireplace in living- room.Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, T.V., private covered patio and Jacuzzi tub in private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a full size bed. Bathroom 2 has tub and shower.

All cancellations for weekly and daily rentals made with 0 to 7 days of arrival will forfeit all prepaid rents and security deposits plus cancellations and administrative fees.
