PLEASE NO SMOKING & NO PETS. Unit has a covered balcony overlooking the Santa Roasa Sound with a great view. Complex features a pool, gazebo/pavilion wiht charcoal grills & a private fishing pier. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful location with sugar-white sandy beaches, emeral green waters, beautiful sunsets & not much traffic, we have the place you would enjoy. We rent to families and responsible adults.Spacious, 1 bedroom condo with a queen-sized bed and the living room also has a queen-sized Murphy bed. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, refrigerator & coffee maker. There are 2 cable TVs with DVD players & a covered patio. All cooking utensils, dinnerware, bed & bath lines are provided.The main attractions are the sugar white sandy beaches, the emerald green waters of teh Gulf of Mexico & the beautiful sunsets. there is a walking/bike trail that extends the entire length of Navarre Beach. The Gulf Islands National Seashore is less than 1/2 a mile away. For you golf lovers, there are several beautiful area golf courses. There is also a zoo and weekend flea market within 15 miles. We are located halfway betweeen Pensacola Beach & Ft. Walton. We are approximately 25 miles west of Destin and approximately 22 miles east of Pensacola.
