The Gulf Islands National Seashore is within walking distance of our beach condo at Sunset Harbour Villas. Come visit and enjoy our one bedroom, two bathroom tastefully decorated condo that includes two full sized bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. We provide all the comforts of home. The full kitchen is equipped with all you need to prepare a wonderful meal and there are two gas grills by the pool for your use. The pool is only steps from the condo door. Linens are provided along with a washer/dryer. Now with Free Wi-fi, too!

Currently, our Spring rates (until May 27) are only $650 per week or $100 per night (with a 3 night minimum). Our Summer rate is $750 per week or $125 per night (also with a 3 night minimum stay). Last call before I space bank! This is a one bedroom condo, two bath, full kitchen, pull-out sofa bed, washer and dryer in unit, and large balcony overlooking the ocean. This is a timeshare I own but won’t be able to go this year. Check in on the Friday before the 4th of July and check out on the Friday after the 4th. Condo week rents for 1100 at the condo office if one is available as they usually have no vacancy for the 4th – you can have for $800 and no taxes either! Pay half now to hold and then the other half will be due by June 15. I can give you the name and number of the condo office and you can call to verify that this is not a scam – they know us at the office as we own other units and weeks —- email if you are interested and I can give you more details – you won’t believe the fireworks on the beach on the night of the 4th and you will have your own private balcony to watch!
