Directly across the street from the snow-white sands of Miramar Beach is Majestic Sun — a resort that blends the personal warmth of a small beach-side town with the upscale amenities of a large resort stay, including on-site golf, tennis, fitness center, masseuse services and much more.

Comfort conveniences include full kitchens, pullout sleeper sofas, washer and dryers, whirlpool tubs and balcony/decks.(except a few 1 bedroom units that have mini kitchens and no whirlpool tubs). There are also 4 outdoor pools, 8 tennis courts, exercise equipment, 2 outdoor hot tubs and a laundry facility on the premises.

1-bedrooms start at $79 per night ($682 per week)
2-bedrooms start at $119 per night ($945 per week)
We do not charge taxes or fees.
3- and 4-bedrooms also possibly available
Prices are based on weeknight stays, and weekends are more expensive.
Prices vary depending upon season and stay.

We have two stipulations: You must be 21 years old to book reservation and there is a three-night minimum.

Located near the popular beachfront Miramar Park, this is the perfect three-story beach nest. This nicely decorated and landscaped home features hardwood floors, gas fireplace,CD player/stereo system with outdoor speakers by the pool, outside shower, grill,and privacy fense. Just a comfortable stroll to a great public beach with bathrooms, parking, & Pompano Joe’s Restaurant. Jet skis, paragliding, and other beach activities available with a few short blocks. Our home is near area golf and shopping outlets. We have a private pool in fenced backyard, with porch to enjoy sipping cocktails at sunset with adjoining patio with grill area, table and chairs. The house is laid out great for entertaining with great room, fireplace, and big screen TV. Our kitchen is fully equipped with large eating bar that seats four. Our home has 3 beedrooms 2 have king size beds and the kids room has a bunk with a full on the bottom and a twin on top. There is also a queen and twin fold out and a full size Aero bed.

Destin, Miramar Beach Gulf Front Townhouse Thank you for your interest in my beachfront / Gulf Front property in Destin, Florida. I would be most happy to have you as my guests and hope that the information is helpful to you in your vacation planning. You can walk East or West from the Town House and have a great lunch, dinner or just a margarita on the beach while listening to Jimmy Buffett. Please see owner’s website for the registration form.This beautiful tri-level is approximately 1700 square feet in size and is completely furnished. Full kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, four colors TVs, two DVDs and a private deck are but a few of the amenities. The rental rates are extremely competitive. The three bedroom three and half bath sleeps 10. A King in the master. A queen in the second bedroom. Two twins in the third bedroom. A queen sofa bed and a queen Futon sofa in the living rooms.A few steps down from your private balcony to the deck and you are on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, 50 feet from the water.Please let me know if I can answer any questions and help you finalize your vacation reservations.
