Adagio is located on Scenic Highway 30-A in Walton County. It is on the Gulf in Blue Mountain Beach, one of many seaside communities that dot 30-A. The Blue Mountain Beach area is the highest point on the Gulf of Mexico. Local folklore believed that Blue Mountain was named by the sailors who saw the beautiful blue flowers (Blue Lupine) that covered the huge white sand dunes, and used them for navigation from the Gulf.

Another interesting part of 30-A is the many coastal dune lakes. They are so rare that they are only found in Walton County and remote portions of Africa. This 17-mile road, referred to as the “Scenic Corridor”, is probably one of the most beautiful drives you will ever experience. We are less than 15 minutes east of Destin/Sandestin and only 4 miles west of Seaside and Watercolor.

The Adagio community is located on the quieter, western end of Scenic Highway 30-A, with 580 feet of beautiful beach with many restaurants nearby. An onsite rental office is available for any needs you may have. An 18-mile biking and walking path runs along the property and connects to nearby Watercolor and Seaside. Bike rentals are available close by. Walk east on the beach to one of the dune lakes for fishing.

Our unit is a desirable new condo at Adagio, west facing, top floor corner unit with lots of natural lighting, fireplace, 10-foot ceilings with crown molding, and travertine marble floors. Our condo is a large 1800 square foot three bedroom, three bath unit all which are furnished with king size beds, TV and DVD. You will enjoy our artistically decorated unit with antiques and designer furniture including a queen sofa bed in the living room. The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops with marble back splashes, gas stove and separate icemaker.

A large 300 square foot balcony overlooks an 8000 square foot three-tiered pool. Take just a few steps to a beautiful white sand beach and a second “infinity edge” Gulf front heated pool overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico 30 plus feet above sea level.

Our condo at The Summit comes with your own set of beach chairs and umbrella set up daily by the beach rental service with cushions. This would normally cost you $25 per day from the beach rental service. The unit has 1 bedroom with king size bed and television and 1 1/2 baths, full kitchen ,dining area, and living room with queen sleeper sofa and love seat.
