Our “Island Dream” condo is located in beautiful Navarre Beach on Santa Rosa Island and is the perfect location for your beach vacation. Away from the crowds, Navarre Beach is a quiet area with very little noise and traffic, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the water, sun, and sand. Navarre Beach is about halfway between Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach. (See the yahoo and google map links below.)

This unit is comfortably and tastefully decorated and is easy to make your home away from home the moment you walk though the door. There is comfortable king size bed in the bedroom, two full size twin bunk beds in the hall, and a double sofa bed so the condo can sleep 6. Two bathrooms provide convenience and plenty of towels are provided for your use as well as a hair dryer. The kitchen is equipped with all you need to prepare meals or snacks, and our unit has a washer and dryer for your use.

Stop and pick up groceries before crossing the bridge onto the island and you will not have to get in your car again while here, or, if you prefer, you can easily leave the island to go to surrounding areas such as Navarre, Gulf Breeze, Pensacola, Ft. Walton, or Destin to experience excellent restaurants, shopping, golf, and activities for children, such as The Zoo, The Gulfarium, the Butterfly house, and much more.

Enjoy the crystal clear water, sugar white sand and spectacular sunsets of Florida’s Emerald Coast for 3 nights, a week or a month! Perfect for couples, small families, or snow-birds. Walk, jog, bike, jet-ski, sail, collect shells or just relax on the balcony or poolside and savor all that this very special and unique place has to offer.

From the moment you drive threw the front gate you will fall in love! This private property has 5 buildings shaped in a “U” with a large grass courtyard and pool in the middle. Located on the 3rd floor; this 2-bedroom 2-bathroom unit is fully equipped with all the furnishing of home! Kitchen has full size appliances and stocked with all your need from silver and glassware to blenders for those frozen drinks! Living room has brand new flat screen LCD TV and a wonderful view from your sofa to the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Patio was tiled in the summer and has new furnishings. Master has a king size bed, second bedroom has two full size beds and living room has a pullout sofa. There is a washer/dryer in unit, no pets, non-smoking and all towels and linens are provided, and you will need to provide your own beach towels.

The Summit condominium is located on Thomas Drive next door to Spinakers and our unit is on the 8t floor – east end overlooking the hot tubs and Restaurant (Bikini Bobs). You can enjoy the sunsets from your own tile balcony, swim in one of the two large pools, relax in one of the two outside hot tubs, or sit on the beach in our complimentary beach chairs and umbrella (a $20 per day cost if you rented from the beach service). All you need to do to reserve your vacation in paradise is pick your dates and send a $200 refundable security deposit for your 2010 vacation. Spring rates are $575 week from April 10 until May 22, and Summer rates are $950 week from May 22 until July 31, and these are total costs including cleaning fee and taxes. The condo has a master bedroom and full bath with king size bed and television, 1/2 bath, twin bunks, living room with sleeper sofa and love seat, television, dining table, washer and dryer, and full kitchen. The unit will sleep a maximum of 6 people. The beach chairs and umbrella are included in our rental charge.
