Direct GULF FRONT!!! Building and condo have been completely renovated. Condo is located in a small, only 3 story building with 47 units. YOU WILL NEVER SEE CROWDS AT THE BEACH!!! This is not a big resort, but pewrfect place to relax. Complex is located just couple of buildings down from Henderson State Park, a short walk on the beach will take you there. There is a heated pool and spa on the beach side. Convenient location close to restaurants, shopping, golfing and theme parks (across the street from THE TRACK amusement park). Condo is located on a third story with fantastic, open view of emerald, crystal clear water of the Gulf and white powder sand beach. Sit on a balcony and watch dolphins swimming in a short distance. Condo has a good size, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, 2 bathrooms (one with a huge walk-in shower and the other one has a whirpool tub). HDTV in a Living Room, wireless high speed internet. Bedroom has a comfortable king size bed. Beach service available – chair and umbrella rentals – $ 28/day.
