We call our three bedroom penthouse Destin Towers unit “Villa Champagne.” This penthous luxury unit as well as the building have been completely remodeled, offering the guest a completely unique experience. You will enjoy sweeping panoramic views from the two oversize gulf front balconies, one off the great room and one off the master bedroom, as well as a city/sound view from a third balcony off bedroom 3. Walk out of the elevator, past Destin Towers private pool, and onto the sugar-white Destin Towers private beach on the Gulf of Mexico. NO SHOES REQUIRED.

Interior features inlcude 9 foot smooth ceilings, crown molding throughout, a large great room with gulf views from every window, gulf views from the master bedroom window and balcony, and a large gourmet kitchen with wet bar and island and new stainless steel appliances. Fantastic master bedroom suite features its own private Gulf-front balcony, luxurious walk-in shower (see photo) with three shower heads, and king size bed.

Queen size beds in the second and third bedroom. Three full baths. The great room sofa is a sleeper, and an additional roll-away bed is also included, most suitable for a child.

Tastefully decorated, this unit offers more than 1900 square feet of living space, so you will be able to enjoy your time indoors as much as your time on the beach.

Destin Towers is a low density condominium (only 45 units) and owns the Gulf front beach – you won’t have to jostle to get that “front row” beach spot.

This is a non-smoking condominium. NO PETS.

Our “Island Dream” condo is located in beautiful Navarre Beach on Santa Rosa Island and is the perfect location for your beach vacation. Away from the crowds, Navarre Beach is a quiet area with very little noise and traffic, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the water, sun, and sand. Navarre Beach is about halfway between Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach. (See the yahoo and google map links below.)

This unit is comfortably and tastefully decorated and is easy to make your home away from home the moment you walk though the door. There is comfortable king size bed in the bedroom, two full size twin bunk beds in the hall, and a double sofa bed so the condo can sleep 6. Two bathrooms provide convenience and plenty of towels are provided for your use as well as a hair dryer. The kitchen is equipped with all you need to prepare meals or snacks, and our unit has a washer and dryer for your use. And a free wi-fi connection is available for computer users.

Stop and pick up groceries before crossing the bridge onto the island and you will not have to get in your car again while here, or, if you prefer, you can easily leave the island to go to surrounding areas such as Navarre, Gulf Breeze, Pensacola, Ft. Walton, or Destin to experience excellent restaurants, shopping, golf, and activities for children, such as The Zoo, The Gulfarium, the Butterfly house, and much more.

Enjoy the spectacular sunsets of Florida’s Emerald Coast for 3 nights, a week or a month! Perfect for couples, small families, or snow-birds. Walk, jog, bike, jet-ski, sail, collect shells or just relax on the balcony or poolside and savor all that this very special and unique place has to offer.

We were just at the beach and there was no oil and the beach was beautiful all week.
Our 1 bedroom and 1.5 bath will sleep 6 people with king size bed – bunk beds and queen sleeper sofa. We have a complimentary set of Summit beach chairs and umbrella that is set up daily, which would cost $25 per day if purchased from the beach rental service, but is included with our unit. The regular price for summer weeks is $960 plus $75 cleaning fee plus 12% Florida taxes, but we will rent Sunday July 18 to Sunday July 25 for $900 total cost. The only other charge is a $15 registration fee charged by the Summit Resort at check in. This price is less than the Summit special going on now for $129 night plus taxes and fees, and that does not include the beach chairs and umbrella.
