-After booking your dates, I will send you a confirmation from Wyndham showing your reservation in their system. You can also personally verify the reservation setup in your name by calling the resort direct.

Very Nice unit. Great view of canal from the Master bedroom. Nice light color schemes. Located directly on the beach with gorgeous views. Sandpiper Cove, a 43 acre resort, has 1100 feet of sugar white beaches that rest against the Gulf of Mexico. Amenities include a 9 hole par 3 golf course, tennis, shuffle board, horse shoes, boat docks, 3 hot tubs, 5 pools, and BBQ grills scattered throughout the complex for your convenience.

One Bedroom (not an efficiency) Condo located on the Santa Rosa Island in Navarre Beach, FL with a great view. Elevator makes it great for senior citizens with no steps to climb & parking is close. PLEASE NO SMOKING & NO PETS. Unit has a covered balcony overlooking the Santa Roasa Sound with a great view. Complex features a pool, gazebo/pavilion wiht charcoal grills & a private fishing pier. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful location with sugar-white sandy beaches, emeral green waters, beautiful sunsets & not much traffic, we have the place you would enjoy. We rent to families and responsible adults.Spacious, 1 bedroom condo with a queen-sized bed and the living room also has a queen-sized Murphy bed. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, refrigerator & coffee maker. There are 2 cable TVs with DVD players & a covered patio. All cooking utensils, dinnerware, bed & bath lines are provided.The main attractions are the sugar white sandy beaches, the emerald green waters of teh Gulf of Mexico & the beautiful sunsets. there is a walking/bike trail that extends the entire length of Navarre Beach. The Gulf Islands National Seashore is less than 1/2 a mile away. For you golf lovers, there are several beautiful area golf courses. There is also a zoo and weekend flea market within 15 miles. We are located halfway betweeen Pensacola Beach & Ft. Walton. We are approximately 25 miles west of Destin and approximately 22 miles east of Pensacola.
