Huge screened in front porch, back deck with gas grill, 6′fenced in backyard, storage shed with everything you need at the beach but don’t want to pack in your car, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, fishing gear, toys, inflatables, and a extra refrigerator for beer and bait. The interior is tiled except for the bedrooms which have berber carpet. The living room has Italian leather furniture, separate fold out couch, cable t.v. in the living room and bedrooms with cd players, high speed internet with wifi, huge kitchen, all towels and linens included. The beach is dedicated to the residents of Saint Joe Beach. There are no high rise condos and the only homes on he beach side of Hwy 98 are at the ends of the streets. This provides a better view of the beach and water as you travel along Hwy 98. This section of Hwy 98 is listed as a national senic Hwy. No high rise condos means less people on the beach and this beach is empty compared to Panama City Beach. Saint Joe Beach is one of the few beaches that still allow pets and bonfires. It’s not far away 5.5 hrs from Atlanta, 30 min to Panama City, 30 min to Appalachicola, 10 min to Mexico Beach, 10 min to Port Saint Joe. You must be 25 years or older to rent this house.
