New Gulf-front condo, 6th floor in Panama City Beach!

This newer condo is completely decorated by a professional decorator in
beach/cottage decor in July 2007 so everything is new and fresh! The condo
sleeps 6 people (one king, 2 bunks, and a pullout couch.)

There is one bedroom with a full private bathroom attached. There is a
second full bathroom down the hallway. There are also 2 flat screen TVs
with DVD players (one in the great room and one in the bedroom.) The
kitchen has all white cabinets, with granite countertops, and has all the
amenities for a longer stay. The kitchen is open to the great room, which
leads out to the balcony.

The large balcony has 2 loungers and 2 regular chairs that overlook the
beautiful Gulf of Mexico, the beachfront pool, and the Tiki Bar. There is a
Starbucks in the complex, for morning coffee on the balcony!

A brand new, very modern SkyBar just opened in the complex also, pictures
can be seen on our website! The zero-entry kiddie pool with cool water
fountains opened also!
