It is a charming, one of a kind home with a wrap around raised deck, 4 car carport/garage, master suite with walk in closet, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, close to the Santa Rosa Sound with a new boat ramp and fishing pier. There’s a huge flea market close by, Midway, that operates year round and offers something for everyone. It’s a short drive to Pensacola, Navarre Beach and Destin. All utilities, cable TV and WiFi are included. The price offered is per couple. There may be an additional fee for larger parties and pets.

This house is also available for snowbirding at $1250/month January through mid-March or ask for our special off season weekly rates.
