This is a private beach acess is for the community . It is not a public access. There are so many walking and bike paths right across from the house. They go for miles and miles. This house is within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. The golf club is also within walking distance.All sorts of activities are around in the area. There are bike renting facilities as well as places to rent boats and to go deep sea fishing.A private pool is right outside your front door. You have your own retreat from the world if the beach is just not your thing that day. There is a cleaning service that cleans before and after your leave, and a management company that is available 24/7 to answer your needs. There is an outside grill. What a great vacation haven!

This beautiful house has a wide open Living/Dining/Kitchen floor plan plus 3 bedrooms. 2 Queen beds, 1 set of bunk beds and 1 double futon, fully equipped kitchen, 4 LCD TV’c -1 42″ in LR, 32″ in all three bedrooms.
