A winter getaway for two. The condo is just as promised, even better. The master bath is beautiful. Karen, the owner, was delightful and the rental agency we dealt with was great too. The fitness room is not huge, but it has eliptical, a couple treadmills, total gym, bike and free weights. Love the covered parking! All in all, perfect.

My cousin and I spent 10 days in Navarre in this condo – we loved it! The pictures do not exaggerate how nice it is. The condo is right on the beach with a direct view of the gulf; the balcony is nice sized and perfect to sit out listening to the waves. We had a couple very small issues when we were there, and the staff was very quick to fix things for us – very friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend this condo!

We saw fireworks from our balcony. One of the funnest excursion’s we took was kayaking down a river up by Milton. I reccomend it for families looking for something to do. We also ate very well. Two of our favorites were seafood at Gilligan’s and Flounder’s. We would love to come back some time.

We loved it, it was even better than our expectations. Absolutely fabulous, oh, and now that the pool is open it will be heaven even on red flag days. We really feel blessed to have had the opportunity to enjoy it. The beach was beautiful and Navarre had enough to offer that we weren’t wanting for anything but didn’t have the headache of an overdeveloped beach town. The views from the living room and patio were spectacular, and made for a whole new way of enjoying our time there. The furnishings provided the perfect balance of style and comfort and the west end of the island was a great sunset picnic getaway. Believe me we will be recommending your condo to our friends and family.

We have been doing this for 20 years and we always come to the area of the Mircle Strip. Navarre Beach truly is the best kept secret as it the perfect place in the sun. But–what made it the vacation of a lifetime was your beautiful condo! We could not quit looking out at the water from all sections of you 17th floor unit. It was like being on a cruise right in your private house. I could barley get my husband out of there to enjoy the water and beach. We loved the large space, the furnishing, the balcony and most of al the view from the 17th Floor. We loved all of it!!!

07/17/08 Positive. We had a wonderful 4th of July week at Navarre Beach!!! The condo was beautiful and the view was absolutely spectacular. We have stayed in numerous places in Ft. Walton and Destin and this was by far the best place we have stayed. The condo was spacious and attractively decorated and the balcony was quite a bonus.

Come to Navarre Beach, Florida if you are looking to get away from it all. Away from crowds, from noise and crowded places. Come to our island paradise to relax, rejuvenate and reconnect with nature or each other. I only have February 15 – 28 available at reduced winter rates. The prices increase starting March 1st.

Navarre Beach is located between Destin and Pensacola and offers restaurants and shopping and, of course, the most beautiful emerald waters and sugar white sand. There are two restaurants located on the beach Cocodries and Sailor’s Grill. Juana’s Pagoda offers live music on the weekends and the rental of jet skis, catamarans, kayaks, etc. Cocodries offers music on Thursdays and Sundays. The Fun Store, in the main beach parking lot, has surf boards, bicycles, etc. for rent to enjoy your fun in the sun. There is also a walking/biking path that runs the length of Gulf Blvd. on the beach. We now have two gift stores on the beach that sell clothing, jewelry, local art and much more. There is a public boat ramp located behind Sailor’s Grill where you can launch your boat or jet skis, ride them down to the condo and moor them in the water. They will be readily at your disposal when you are ready to take them out for a leisurely ride, exploring the sound or dolphin watching.

The condo is has a fully equipped kitchen including all dishes, utensils, pots, etc. There is a full Murphy bed in the back area and a very comfortable futon in main living area. The unit has cable TV, stereo, local phone service. All towels, linens, comforters, etc. are furnished.

The complex has a private pier for fishing or enjoying the beautiful sunsets and a gazebo which has grills for cooking out and picnic tables for dining outdoors. There is a small beach on the sound which is perfect if you have small children because the water is generally calm. The complex also has a pool and a laundry facility. The complex is located on the sound side of the island and the Gulf of Mexico is within easy walking distance, only a block away.
