Our beachfront penthouse has been booked solid for months. However, we do have a weekend open in-between rentals. Come stay Saturday October 22 and check out Monday October 24 for a 2 night weekend getaway for $200 which is a substantial savings. Enjoy the magnificent views and all that Navarre Beach has to offer. Navarre Beach is located between Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach. On site free workout room, free tennis courts, barbecue grills, the largest pool on Navarre Beach, new fishing pier, free high speed wireless internet, 50 inch Panasonic plasma TV, free parking garage for your use, etc await you. Master has king bed, second bedroom has two double beds and living room has queen sleeper sofa. Kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and a stocked spice rack. Condo has a washer/dryer, free beach chairs, cooler, and umbrellas for beach use, and a corn hole/bean bag toss set for beach fun. Our family of five from South Dakota spent a week at Karen’s condo May 21 – 28, 2011 and this was the best vacation we have been on! It is absolutely beautiful and the view is priceless and must be the best on Navarre Beach! We were so blessed when we walked into the condo and saw how beautifully she had decorated and also all the wonderful amenities. This is truly a home away from home! The kitchen is stocked with every pot/pan/dish that you would need to cook any meal and even a spice rack! There was even a handy ice maker that was great for filling our cooler for the beach. My husband and I enjoyed waking up early (while our 3 teenage boys were still sleeping and drinking our coffee on the beautiful deck together with amazing views of the ocean…absolutely breathtaking! We saw dolphins numerous times in the morning and at night we went looking for crabs on the beach. The swimming pool is very big and was never over crowded at all. A couple days we went to Pensacola and Destin to take in some para sailing and jet skiing but they are just a short drive from the condo. Karen was such a pleasure to work with and was very helpful in answering any questions we had. Most definitely the most enjoyable and relaxing vacation we have been on and it’s a refreshing change of pace from the busy amusement parks! We were so happy with the condo, it was hard to leave but we hope to get back there to stay soon!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Navarre Beach. Beach Colony is a beautiful resort and the condo was magnificent. Very nicely decorated and clean. The views will not disappoint as many others have stated. The owner Karen is a pleasure to work with and we hope to come back very soon.

Wow, What A Place! Bring the binoculars!
We have stayed at a number of “on the beach” condos over the years and this place ranks at the top! Overall, the building has been beautifully maintained and the pool is pristine. When we entered the condo we found a wonderfully decorated space with a view that would take your breath away. The granite kitchen was fantastic – every utensil you have ever heard of was well organized in the drawers. A separate ice maker was a huge bonus – such a help when loading coolers for the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella made our stay complete. Would we stay here again? We are planning our calendar around it!!

This is a magnificent condo, it truly has all and more than you can imagine. The view is the best of best! It is very roomy for oceanfront,well appointed decor, updated everything; easy to park and ride the elevator and a few steps to the door.Everyone associated with the building was very nice and Karen ,the owner,was like a best friend! We loved the way the living area had a huge angled window to allow viewing down the beach as well as the slide door to a huge porch in front. We enjoyed the Air Force and Navy Museums,as well as touring the area. There is alot to see and do. You will not Be disappointed!! We give it an A++!!!!
