You are invited to my beautiful Condo on the beautiful white sands of the Gulf beaches. Southbay by the Gulf, is a community of privately owned townhomes. Just park in your parking spot in front of the condo and walk a few feet to your door and avoid all those High-Rise Headaches, no elevators, no roads to cross, no lobbies, no high balconies!

Available on site are: Swimming pool, kiddy pool, and two lighted tennis courts, lake with fish and turtles.

My spacious lakeside 1300 square foot homes are beautifully decorated. Central Air Conditioning, Dishwasher, microwave, full-size washer and dryer, ceiling fans, TVs, VCR, DVDs, private patios are but a few of the amenities to make it feel just like home. There is a Queen bed, full bed, two twin beds, and a queen sofa bed.

Master Bedrooms are artistically decorated, having Queen bed, TV phones, ceiling fans, large walk-in closets, plenty of linens, and private baths. Other bedrooms are equally pretty with full-size and twin beds with their own bath, too.Low Season Price : $599
