ResortQuest by Wyndham Vacation Rentals Offers Skiers Peace of Mind with Exclusive Snow Guarantee

Policy allows guests to relocate accommodations to another premier resort destination at no extra charge in the event of unfavorable ski conditions  —

Last year, the Colorado Rockies experienced an abundance of snow, with several major ski areas reporting record-breaking snowfalls. Breckenridge Ski Resort and Steamboat Ski Resort each surpassed their previous season total records as the 2010-2011 season came to a close. With the 2011-2012 ski season rapidly approaching, eager skiers are asking what this winter*s weather will bring.ResortQuest® by Wyndham Vacation Rentals, a leading provider of professionally managed vacation condominiums and home rentals in the U.S., wants to help make sure its guests have the best possible ski vacation experience. ResortQuest*s Exclusive Snow Guarantee® is a one-of-a-kind program that allows winter guests to relocate accommodations to another ResortQuest ski destination if the snow conditions do not meet their expectations. Here is how the Snow Guarantee works:A guest books a stay with ResortQuest at one of their Colorado, Utah or Idaho properties. The guest checks the ski conditions and snow reports for his original destination before he travels. If he finds the forecasted conditions unsatisfactory, he contacts his original destination 72 hours ahead of his scheduled arrival and requests a change. ResortQuest will transfer the guest*s reservation to a comparable property at another participating ski destination at no extra charge, provided a comparable property is available. Unlike many other companies* policies, ResortQuest*s Snow Guarantee does not depend on the number of lifts running, and a guest may request a change even after check-in.The Snow Guarantee is valid at all ResortQuest ski resort destinations including Aspen, Breckenridge, Keystone and Steamboat Springs in Colorado; Sun Valley in Idaho; and Park City in Utah. ResortQuest*s professionally managed vacation rentals span a wide range of options, from comfortable and economical studio units for budget-conscious travelers to large, luxurious private homes with ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes. Available amenities include a number of home-like conveniences. Fully equipped kitchens mean no need to dress up for dinner after a long day on the slopes. A washer and dryer in the unit lets guests pack less and save on airline bag fees. Many even include storage space for ski equipment, gas or wood-burning fireplaces, private decks with hot tubs, heated underground parking and amazing mountain views.”One great feature of ResortQuest*s program is that our guests get to decide for themselves whether the ski conditions meet their expectations,” said Cheryl Spezia, vice president of sales & marketing, ResortQuest by Wyndham Vacation Rentals. “Our Snow Guarantee remains in effect whenever the ski resorts are open, regardless of how many lifts are running. We trust our guests* judgment on what constitutes a good snow report for them.”Properties managed exclusively by ResortQuest include Trappeur*s Crossing Resort in Steamboat Springs, Main Street Station in Breckenridge, Mont Cervin Plaza in Park City and The Christophe in Sun Valley. The Snow Guarantee is valid at these and all other vacation rentals in ResortQuest*s ski destinations, including private homes, subject to availability. To take advantage of the Snow Guarantee, call ResortQuest at 1-800-GO-RELAX (1-800-467-3529). Some restrictions apply. More details, including terms and conditions, are available online at www.resortquest.com/snow-guarantee.htm
