There is also a $50 guest fee (per booking) in addition to $50 nightly. We are remodeling our home, so we aren’t going to be using any points for awhile! We’ve been wyndham owners for over 8 years and love all the great accommodations and amenities. We’ve been to Destin, Las Vegas, Old Towne Alexandria VA, Flagstaff AZ, Glade in Tennessee, Sapphire Valley etc.
