The family room exits onto the front deck that goes up to rooftop level for a beautiful view of the sun setting over the Gulf of Mexico. The other 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and the laundry are on the ground floor. In the rear of the house there is an air-conditioned glass-enclosed Florida Room and full bath with wheelchair accessible shower.
