Our family of five from South Dakota spent a week at Karen’s condo May 21 – 28, 2011 and this was the best vacation we have been on! It is absolutely beautiful and the view is priceless and must be the best on Navarre Beach! We were so blessed when we walked into the condo and saw how beautifully she had decorated and also all the wonderful amenities. This is truly a home away from home! The kitchen is stocked with every pot/pan/dish that you would need to cook any meal and even a spice rack! There was even a handy ice maker that was great for filling our cooler for the beach. My husband and I enjoyed waking up early (while our 3 teenage boys were still sleeping and drinking our coffee on the beautiful deck together with amazing views of the ocean…absolutely breathtaking! We saw dolphins numerous times in the morning and at night we went looking for crabs on the beach. The swimming pool is very big and was never over crowded at all. A couple days we went to Pensacola and Destin to take in some para sailing and jet skiing but they are just a short drive from the condo. Karen was such a pleasure to work with and was very helpful in answering any questions we had. Most definitely the most enjoyable and relaxing vacation we have been on and it’s a refreshing change of pace from the busy amusement parks! We were so happy with the condo, it was hard to leave but we hope to get back there to stay soon!

Wow, What A Place! Bring the binoculars!
We have stayed at a number of “on the beach” condos over the years and this place ranks at the top! Overall, the building has been beautifully maintained and the pool is pristine. When we entered the condo we found a wonderfully decorated space with a view that would take your breath away. The granite kitchen was fantastic – every utensil you have ever heard of was well organized in the drawers. A separate ice maker was a huge bonus – such a help when loading coolers for the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella made our stay complete. Would we stay here again? We are planning our calendar around it!!

This is a magnificent condo, it truly has all and more than you can imagine. The view is the best of best! It is very roomy for oceanfront,well appointed decor, updated everything; easy to park and ride the elevator and a few steps to the door.Everyone associated with the building was very nice and Karen ,the owner,was like a best friend! We loved the way the living area had a huge angled window to allow viewing down the beach as well as the slide door to a huge porch in front. We enjoyed the Air Force and Navy Museums,as well as touring the area. There is alot to see and do. You will not Be disappointed!! We give it an A++!!!!

I have for sale a 7 night vacation voucher for Laketown Wharf Resort in the heart of the Panama City, Florida coastline. The condo is 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a bunkbed, so it sleeps 6 people easily. The expansive resort grounds include gathering areas with gazebos, fitness center, a large freshwater lake, 52,000 sq. ft. of lakefront boardwalk, five unique pools- one of which is located on an island in the freshwater lake accessed by a boardwalk, a meditation garden, kiddy playground and the sugar-white sand beaches of the Gulf, just steps away.
This voucher is available for use anytime between now and 12/31/11, except for Sept 2- sept 6, which is why I have to get rid of it. I am getting married on September 3, 2011, and I bought this through a travel agency for my honeymoon, but when I called to schedule my reservation they told me that unfortunately my honeymoon was during the black out date. This means that if I used it I would go down there for four nights and would lose the other three.
The regular price of this vacation for the two bedroom and two bath is normally somewhere around 1500.00, and even with there promotion for Aug-Sept it would still be 900.00 without taxes or any of the fees. I need to sell this voucher to get my honeymoon money back so I am open to best offers on price as well. Our family of five from South Dakota spent a week at Karen’s condo May 21 – 28, 2011 and this was the best vacation we have been on! It is absolutely beautiful and the view is priceless and must be the best on Navarre Beach! We were so blessed when we walked into the condo and saw how beautifully she had decorated and also all the wonderful amenities. This is truly a home away from home! The kitchen is stocked with every pot/pan/dish that you would need to cook any meal and even a spice rack! There was even a handy ice maker that was great for filling our cooler for the beach. My husband and I enjoyed waking up early (while our 3 teenage boys were still sleeping and drinking our coffee on the beautiful deck together with amazing views of the ocean…absolutely breathtaking! We saw dolphins numerous times in the morning and at night we went looking for crabs on the beach. The swimming pool is very big and was never over crowded at all. A couple days we went to Pensacola and Destin to take in some para sailing and jet skiing but they are just a short drive from the condo. Karen was such a pleasure to work with and was very helpful in answering any questions we had. Most definitely the most enjoyable and relaxing vacation we have been on and it’s a refreshing change of pace from the busy amusement parks! We were so happy with the condo, it was hard to leave but we hope to get back there to stay soon!
